Our Seller’s Backdoor

When you list with us we will provide you with login information to your own seller’s backdoor. The Sellers backdoor is a portal that we use to ensure that you are updated each step of the way. We provide our Sellers with up to date information about their listing throughout the selling process. When you log into the backdoor you will see all the actions that we have taken from when your listing goes live on MLS® to all the sold paperwork being sent to your lawyer.

We also contact each showing REALTOR® in an attempt to obtain feedback from them. Feedback is valuable information about what the Buyer’s thought of your home. If we are able to obtain feedback from the showing REALTOR® we will post it on your backdoor so you are aware of what the buyer is thinking.
